Ryan Dunlap is a conflict strategist and executive coach with a diverse background ranging from leadership development, coaching, training, and crisis communication.
Prior to launching Conflictish, Ryan served 14 years in law enforcement, working in the prestigious Special Victims Unit as a detective and on the SWAT team as a hostage negotiator and crisis intervention officer. Following a decorated law enforcement career, he went on to to serve as the Execuitve Director of Operations at large giga-church located outside of Atlanta, Georgia. He also served as the Executive Director of an anti-human trafficking organization in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Whether through law enforcement, ministry, or in business, Ryan has successfully conducted countless interviews, high-stakes interrogations, complex negotiations, deescalations, and interventions. As a proven expert in navigating conflict and leading difficult conversations, today he helps leaders and teams to do the same, one conversation at a time.
